The mission of Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey (GSNNJ) is to build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place. GSNNJ has three Service Centers located in Randolph, Riverdale, and Paramus. GSNNJ operates four outdoor facilities, Jockey Hollow Camp in Mendham Township, N.J., Camp Mogisca and Camp Glen Spey both located in Glen Spey, N.Y., and Lake Rickabear in Kinnelon, N.J.

Women of Achievement is GSNNJ's largest fundraising event of the year. Proceeds will directly support the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, which includes the Uniquely ME! self-esteem program for 1000 underserved and at risk girls and GirlSports after school and weekend sports programs at schools and community organizations in Englewood, Haledon, Passaic, Paterson and Prospect Park.
